Inventory-heavy business services

Find the questions hidden in your profit numbers.

A proposed small, paid diagnostic for distributors and wholesalers who need to understand whether purchasing, pricing, freight, discounts or slow stock are obscuring margins.

Pilot offer / scope discussion

A bounded starting point, not an open-ended implementation.

Indicative pilot pricing to market-test: ₹15,000–₹35,000 for a mutually agreed, limited scope. This range is exploratory, not a guaranteed fixed price or published quotation. The final fee, timeline, data handling and deliverables require a written proposal and acceptance.

01 / Proposed deliverables

A reviewable explanation, not a magic savings number.

1. Define the decision

Agree on the product, supplier or customer-margin question, an accounting period and what can reasonably be assessed.

2. Inspect permitted exports

Review agreed CSV or spreadsheet samples for field quality, purchase costs, selling prices, discounts, freight and ageing assumptions.

3. Explain findings and limitations

Prepare a short written diagnostic with calculations, missing-data flags, cost drivers and questions requiring confirmation.

4. Prioritise next actions

Walk through the report and separate operational quick wins from changes that require integration, implementation or further validation.

02 / Potential inputs

What may be useful

  • Sales line items with dates, SKUs, quantities and realised selling values
  • Purchase or cost records, supplier references and relevant returns
  • Relevant discounts, freight or handling costs, where available
  • Inventory age or movement exports, when the question needs them

Data needs depend on the agreed scope. Share only a description initially; do not attach exports to an unsolicited email or enquiry.

03 / Explicit boundaries

What is not included

  • Guaranteed savings, verified recoverable leakage or financial assurance
  • Live accounting/ERP integrations, custom development or historic data clean-up
  • Statutory audit, tax advice or certification of accounting records
  • Uploading bank credentials, passwords, identity documents or customer personal data

No financial records or credentials are required to make an initial enquiry. Any later transfer needs an agreed secure method and data-handling terms.
